1st Bedroom

The Kingfisher's 1st Bedroom offers a XL Queen Size bed with Egyptian Cotton linen and extra blankets. The room has a cupboard, dimmable light, a desk fan and a safe. There are block-out blinds and there is access to a private balcony. It is North-West facing allowing plenty of afternoon sun. This room sleeps 2 guests.  

2nd Bedroom

The Kingfisher’s 2nd Bedroom has two single beds. There are extra blankets and a cupboard. The window is East facing and the room gets plenty of morning sunlight. This room sleeps 2 guests. 

Kitchen & Living Area

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge & freezer, washing machine, gas hob & electric oven, kettle, coffee machine,  toaster and microwave. There is a counter and 4 chairs.

The living room has a comfortable 2-seater and 2 occasional chairs, a fan, a heater, a widescreen-smart TV and WIFI. Lots of sunlight filters into this open-plan area and it accesses the private balcony. The area has blinds. (No BBQ and Dishwasher)

Balcony

The private balcony has lovely afternoon sunshine. Equipped with a two-seater outdoor sofa and a single seater suitable for relaxing outdoors. Smoking allowed on the balcony only. The balcony can be accessed via the 1st Bedroom and the Living Area.  

Bathroom

The Kingfisher's offers a full bathroom with an extra wide bath tub which functions as a shower. There is a swing shower-door allowing easy access. There is a WC and a single basin and a hand shower. The window in the bathroom allows for ventilation and the sliding door for privacy.
